Elbo Room is located in the historic Mission District of San Francisco on Valencia Street between 17th Street and 18th Street. We are open seven days a week from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Elbo Room is a 21-and-over club.

This newly renovated 16,000 sq ft space is primed to become the top nightclub in San Francisco. Its over 1,000 person capacity and various lounge, billiard, and dance areas makes it an ideal hotspot to visit on any given night.

The venue is fitted with a VIP lounge appointed with Italian leather sofas, an elevated second seating section, a billiard area with 10 professional pool tables, 2 dance floors and it’s own smoking lounge. And as if that wasn’t enough, all of this is topped off with state of the art sound and lighting.

Best of all, the venue is open 7 days a week, with nightclub events on Fridays and Saturdays.

It posed as Manhattan, then split in two — kind of. San Francisco’s biggest underground hip-hop/house/world music dance club was recently featured in the movie version of the East Village–centered musical Rent (those fakers!), and then, in honor of its sixth anniversary, opened a new addition, The Dark Room, to better accommodate all the wild Sixth Street clubbers pouring through its portals.

A longtime SF Nightlife staple, The Cat Club plays host to an array of events and parties. The venue is mixed, and includes everything from goth nights to 80′s rewind, and everything in between.

Regular nights include the infamous 1984, continuously voted Best of the Bay, and Chelsea Starr’s lesbian 80’s dance party, Hot Pants. The sound is as erratic as the crowd, forming a fusion of electronica, rock, indie, 80’s mainstream and underground, industrial, goth, and more.
